Continuous Deck Rail
Versatile spacers. Strong and stable.
The Continuous Deck Rail is a 1100mm long continuous spacer for formwork applications.
Designed with sets of vertical legs at approximately 75mm centres and another central leg in between.
The Continuous Deck Rail is one of the most versatile spacers that is strong and stable, yet provides for minimum exposure.
The male to female clip-in connection at opposing ends allows for joins of continuous lengths or they may be used individually.
Continuous Deck Rail can therefore eliminate the need to clip bar chairs onto the reinforcement or for ‘chairing up’ after reinforcement has been laid. Ideal for suspended decks, precast or tilt-up panels, in situ, precast beams and slabs on blinding concrete. Available in heights from 30mm to 75mm in 5mm increments.
Note: 30-75mm designed so that it can be snapped in half, which will create two 550mm long
